Be advised that Synergy Australia reserves the right to make any changes to the site and to the terms and conditions should it be deemed necessary.
Order Acceptance Policy
Synergy Australia reserves the right to accept or decline any order at their discretion, and as such, the receipt of any order form does not signify acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to request additional ID verification before orders are accepted.
Synergy Australia does not accept liability for any damages or loss which is a result of this website or any other websites links which may appear on this site. Synergy Australia also reserves the right to decline any order should they deem it to be necessary. In the event that an order is cancelled, Synergy Australia will make every attempt to contact the buyer, using the contact details which have been provided. Furthermore, full payment will be refunded using the same payment method as was used when the buyer submitted payment.
As Paypal is used as a secure payment gateway for payments online, this website does not store credit card details. Therefore we are not liable for any credit card fraud as a result of purchasing items from Synergy Australia - Paypal is!
Synergy Australia will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by postal services.
Please be advised that delivery times provided on the Synergy Australia' website are estimated times only, and as such, we will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss resulting from late deliveries. Additionally, please make absolutely certain that you've provided the correct address, as Synergy Australia can under no circumstances be held responsible for delivery addresses which have been incorrectly entered.
The material constituents of all items are guaranteed as described or a full refund will be given.
Items being returned will only be accepted in an "as new" condition complete with original packaging.
Items which are faulty or not as described are eligible for a full refund on receipt of their return to Synergy Australia.
Where an item is being returned for any other reason, you can expect a refund if the item is returned within 1 week of signing for its original receipt – minus shipping costs.
Any item being returned should be sent via registered post.
Where original payment was via Paypal, any refund through Paypal will incur a Paypal fee which is nothing to do with us!
Cancellation of Orders
Synergy Australia rarely allows cancellations and usually only prior to goods being dispatched but since items are usually dispatched within 2 business days, this may involve you returning the item via registered post (shipping costs to be paid by you) for a refund. You MUST contact Synergy Australia urgently to discuss any possible cancellation.
As items are often advertised elsewhere, Synergy Australia reserves the right to cancel your order if the item in question has already been sold while out on location. You will receive an email confirming cancellation and funds will be returned in full.
Synergy Australia reserves right to cancel orders which are placed for goods listed with the incorrect price, or any other incorrect information resulting from a typographical error. Should such an order be cancelled after payment has been received, Synergy Australia will issue an immediate refund to your credit card account.
Synergy Australia website may or may not contain links to other websites owned and run by third party operators. Please be advised that we can under no circumstances be responsible for any content appearing on such websites.
Unfortunately, we do not accept lay-bys.
Should a return become necessary, you must call our Customer Service Department at 07 4959 7350 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (or RMA) number. An RMA number will be issued on the following conditions:
• The products must be unopened and in resalable condition.
• The products must be returned within 90-days of purchase, and must be returned within two weeks of the RMA being issued.
All products must be shipped appropriately to avoid damage during shipment. Should products arrive damaged, they will not be considered resalable and will be returned to the Team Member at his expense and without refund or exchange.
The Customer Service representative will instruct the Team Member to include the RMA number on the package being returned. The RMA should be visibly displayed on the outside of the package. The Team Member’s name, ID number, order number, and a list of the products being returned should be included on a packing slip inside the package. The Team Member can then ship the products back to the Australia Corporate Office. Packages sent to the Australia Corporate Office that do not contain an RMA number visibly displayed on the outside of the package will be refused or returned to the Team Member at their expense. There will be no exceptions. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Team Member. The packages with the proper authorizations will be processed.
The appropriate refund will be generated, less shipping charges and any bonus or commission paid out, and refundable volumes will be deducted from applicable Team Members. Team Members who return their initial and/or activating order within ninety (90) days of the original order will be credited 100% of their purchase price, less shipping, if the above steps are completed. The return of any activation order will cancel any applicable Tracking Centre(s) activation. All volume and related commissions paid on this order will be deducted from the applicable Team Members. All product packs must be returned in their entirety. No partial packs will be accepted. Additionally, there will be no product substitutions accepted in packs.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card which was used at time of purchase.
